Old Oak Park Consultation Update

22 July 2015

The consultation for Old Oak Park is well underway, with seven public exhibitions held across the London Boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing and Brent throughout June and July. We were delighted to welcome almost 400 people to these exhibitions, including representatives from local community groups and residents associations, as well as some of the key political figures who represent the area.

This initial phase of consultation was an opportunity to introduce the project team, showcase our vision for Old Oak Park and explain the complexities and constraints of delivering a significant regeneration project of this scale. We are now looking at all the feedback and comments that we have received, and continue to receive, from this initial consultation period and this will help to shape our masterplan. We will be returning after the summer with more evolved designs at another series of public exhibitions to provide a further opportunity to view and comment on plans for Old Oak Park.

Continuing our commitment to working together with the local communities as we progress with our designs, the Old Oak Park team have also met with a number of community groups and residents associations to present our proposals. Our aim is to continue to build these close relationships to ensure that we are moving together as we progress the site’s development.

If you have not yet commented on our proposals and would like to leave your feedback we would like to hear your views. You can view our consultation materials here and leave your feedback online here.
